1. Use MS-Excel to organize and analyze travel data
2. Communicate effectively in spoken English with clients and vendors
3. Write engaging and informative content in English for promotional materials
4. Create detailed travel itineraries for clients based on their preferences
5. Design unique and attractive holiday packages to offer to customers
6. Assist in booking flights, accommodation, and transportation for clients
7. Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the travel experience
