About the Job
Key responsibilities:A. Client Consultation & Itinerary Planning
1. Consult with clients (in-person, by phone, or virtually) to understand their travel preferences, budget, and schedule.
2. Research, recommend, and create personalized travel packages, itineraries, and experiences for leisure or corporate travel.
B. Booking & Coordination
1. Organize and book flights, accommodations, car rentals, cruises, and activities/tours.
2. Manage ticket issuance, cancellations, reissues, and refunds with accuracy and efficiency.
C. Client Support & Issue Resolution
1. Provide information on visa/passport requirements, insurance, customs, weather, and health advisories.
2. Handle unforeseen issues, complaints, and emergencies promptly to ensure client satisfaction.
3. Follow up with clients post-trip to collect feedback and strengthen client relationships.
D. Sales & Vendor Relations
1. Promote and sell travel products, packages, and add-on services.
2. Build long-term client relationships to encourage repeat bookings and referrals.
3. Collaborate with hotels, airlines, and other vendors to negotiate competitive rates and offers.
E. Market Awareness & Professional Development
1. Stay informed about domestic and international travel trends, destination updates, and industry regulations.
2. Participate in webinars, conferences, and training programs to enhance product and destination expertise.
