About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Engage with clients through phone, email, chat to understand their travel preferences, budget, and special requirements.
2. Create customized travel plans that include flights, hotels, tours, transportation.
3. Promote travel services, negotiate packages, close deals to meet targets, and complete bookings.
4. Provide prompt support, handle changes, cancellations, refunds, and solve any issues during.
5. Maintain client relationships post-travel, encourage repeat business, and seek referrals.
6. Stay up-to-date on destination trends, visa regulations, seasonal offers, and competitor packages.
7. Keep accurate records in CRM systems, track sales metrics, prepare reports on bookings, customer data, and revenue performance.
