About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Attend incoming calls through telephone or web handle leads received through email, web portals, and other internet sources.
2. Understand customer requirements on calls.
3. Allocating the leads to the salesperson.
4. Taking timely updates of the lead allocated and action taken by the sales team.
5. Giving a timely report of the day-to-day activities to the senior.
