About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Telecalling:
Answer client queries and resolve issues related to our offerings.
Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system.
2. Sales:
Promote and sell IT solutions and services to potential clients.
Identify and qualify new sales leads and opportunities.
Follow up on leads and maintain relationships with existing clients.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
3. Activities:
Provide feedback and insights on market trends and customer needs.
4. Collaboration:
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies and improve sales processes.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to team goals.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field.
Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Familiarity with IT products and services is advantageous.
