1. Speak with candidates professionally and confidently
2. Evaluate communication skills and suitability for roles
3. Coordinate interviews and maintain smooth follow-ups
4. Manage candidate data and recruiting pipelines
5. Work closely with founders and senior team members
6. Track recruitment metrics and maintain Excel/Sheets logs
