About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Managing Hiring for Leadership & Lateral into Top Big4/Big6, MNCs, BFSI Companies Start-ups, Tech-Insurance, Healthcare, Investment Banking. Product Solutions & IT Solutions companies.
2. Sourcing quality candidates from employment portals (Naukri, Shine. LinkedIn, Indeed) & Reference.
3. Coordinating with quality candidates and making them aware of the requirements.
4. Prepare Job Description and Assist with Interview questions and process.
5. Assisting candidates through the ATS & coordinating while interviewing and with the HR Panel.
6. Working as an Intermediary between the company and candidates.
