About the Job
Key Responsibilities:Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
Identify and source qualified candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, internal talent pools, employee referrals, and networking channels.
Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and assess candidate fit based on role requirements and organizational culture.
Coordinate and facilitate interview scheduling with hiring managers and clients, ensuring a smooth communication flow.
Create and publish job descriptions across relevant platforms to attract suitable talent.
Maintain recruitment dashboards, reports, and applicant databases with accuracy and consistency.
Support the offer management process, onboarding formalities, and required documentation.
Assist with foundational HR functions, including attendance tracking and employee engagement initiatives.
