4. Coordinate and schedule interviews, provide feedback to candidates, and manage the offer process
5. Assist in organizing recruitment events and job fairs to promote PagarBook as an employer of choice
6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system
7. Stay current on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our recruitment processes
