About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Resume screening: Review and screen resumes and applications to create a shortlist of qualified candidates for sales positions
2. Candidate communication: Serve as the main point of contact for candidates, providing updates and ensuring a positive experience throughout the hiring process
3. Interview coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, managing busy calendars
4. Initial screening: Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate suitability and interest
5. ATS maintenance: Maintain and update the applicant tracking system with candidate information
6. Administrative support: Assist the recruitment team with various administrative tasks, including preparing offer letters and onboarding new hires.
7. Recruitment events: Represent the company at job fairs or career events to attract candidates
8. Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand sales role requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies
