Key responsibilities:1. Manage end-to-end IT recruitment for various roles (developers, QA engineers, DevOps, designers, etc.)
2. Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and professional networks
3. Conduct initial screening and coordinate technical interviews
4. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs
5. Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and ensure smooth hiring processes
6. Maintain candidate data and hiring metrics using ATS or HR systems
