Social Media Manager (elandor.in)Key responsibilities:
1. Plan and manage monthly content calendar for Instagram (and other platforms as needed).
2. Shoot and create content: product reels, styling videos, BTS and story content.
3. Edit reels, stories and posts using trending formats and audios.
4. Write engaging captions, hooks, and CTAs aligned with the brand voice.
5. Post daily/regular content and manage stories, highlights and DMs.
6. Monitor comments, queries and engage with followers to build community.
7. Track performance (reach, saves, shares, sales impact) and suggest improvements.
8. Coordinate with founder/team for new launches, offers and campaign ideas.
