About the Job
Key responsibilities:A. Content Creation
1. Create and publish daily posts, reels, stories, and carousels for LinkedIn and Instagram.
2. Shoot and edit simple reels — talking-head, quick explainers, trend-driven content, and BTS clips.
3. Draft sharp, platform-native copy that is engaging and on-brand.
4. Collaborate with the design team to turn ideas into scroll-stopping creatives.
5. Be comfortable appearing on camera for videos, trends, and brand-led content.
6. Capture basic behind-the-scenes content as required.
B. Trend Spotting & Real-Time Content
1. Track daily trends, cultural moments, and creator formats.
2. Identify what’s relevant and adapt it quickly to suit our brand voice.
3. Bring fresh ideas to keep the content calendar dynamic, energetic, and timely.
C. Community Management
1. Manage comments, replies, and DMs with speed, clarity, and brand consistency.
2. Maintain a positive and active presence on both platforms.
D. Analytics & Growth
1. Track key metrics — engagement, reach, impressions, follower growth, and overall content performance.
2. Use insights to drive improvements in follower count, engagement rates, and targeted audience reach.
3. Recommend content formats and posting strategies backed by data.
