About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Social Media Management:
Develop, plan, and execute engaging social media strategies for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and WhatsApp.
Create monthly content calendars aligning with restaurant promotions, events, and brand campaigns.
Manage posting, scheduling, and community engagement (responding to comments, messages, and reviews).
Run paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads/Google Ads) to drive awareness, reservations, and orders.
Monitor social media trends and competitor activity to bring fresh ideas.
2. Photography & Videography:
Capture high-quality photos and videos of food, beverages, restaurant interiors, staff, and events.
Create reels, stories, and promotional videos tailored for each platform.
Edit photos and videos using tools like Lightroom, Photoshop, Canva, or CapCut
Maintain a visual style that aligns with the restaurant’s branding.
3. Marketing & Growth:
Work closely with the restaurant team to plan special offers, events, and seasonal campaigns.
Collaborate with influencers and food bloggers for partnerships and promotions.
Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and present monthly reports.
Plan and execute WhatsApp marketing for reservations, offers, and promotions.
