About the Job
Key responsibilities:A. Social Media Strategy:
1. Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business goals.
2. Create a content calendar that ensures consistent, relevant, and engaging posts across all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, etc.).
B. Content Creation & Curation:
1. Create high-quality, on-brand content (images, videos, blogs, etc.) to drive engagement and interaction.
2. Curate content from influencers, partners, or industry leaders that is relevant to the target audience.
C. Community Management:
1. Actively monitor social media channels, responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and engaging manner.
2. Foster and grow an online community by interacting with followers and fans.
D. Campaign Management:
1. Plan and execute social media campaigns to promote products, services, events, or special initiatives.
2. Coordinate paid social media ads, including Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and other platform-specific campaigns.
E. Analytics & Reporting:
1. Track key social media KPIs (engagement, reach, conversions, etc.) and provide monthly reports.
2. Analyze social media data and insights to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies.
3. Adjust strategies based on performance data and industry trends.
F. Influencer Partnerships:
1. Identify and collaborate with influencers, brand ambassadors, or affiliates to extend reach and drive engagement.
G. Brand Voice & Messaging:
1. Maintain consistency in the company’s tone, voice, and messaging across all platforms.
2. Ensure content is aligned with the overall brand and marketing objectives.
