About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Develop and implement end-to-end SEO strategies for multiple projects (on-page, off-page, technical).
2. Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitor benchmarking, and content gap analysis.
3. Oversee on-page optimization- meta tags, headings, internal linking, schema markup, and site structure.
4. Lead technical SEO audits and collaborate with developers to fix crawl, indexation, and speed issues.
5. Plan and manage link-building campaigns that actually move rankings.
6. Coordinate with content writers to ensure SEO best practices in blogs, landing pages, and web copy.
7. Track performance via Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.).
8. Prepare monthly SEO performance reports and identify growth opportunities.
9. Stay updated with Google algorithm updates and adapt strategies accordingly.
10. Mentor and manage a small team of SEO executives or analysts.
