About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the travel and tourism sector.
2. Handle inbound inquiries and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
3. Promote and sell domestic and international tour packages, flights, hotels, and travel services.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, travel partners, and vendors.
5. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
6. Participate in marketing activities, travel fairs, and promotional campaigns.
7. Maintain accurate records of sales, client interactions, and follow-ups in CRM systems.
8. Provide excellent pre- and post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
