We are looking for a competent recruitment executive to assist our IT clients in finding the best people to staff their business. You’ll attract candidates, screen them, and match them to appropriate positions. Creating recruiting strategies and building relationships are very important duties as well.Key responsibilities:
1. Understand client requirements
2. Employ recruiting methods to attract candidates
3. Evaluate resumes and applications
4. Source candidates using databases, social media, etc.
5. Assume responsibility for pre-interview screening
6. Schedule interviews with the shortlisted candidates
7. Match the most suitable candidates to different positions
