About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Data Acquisition & Management
1. Source, clean, and organize spatial datasets including satellite imagery, demographic data, government databases, and internal sales or loan data.
2. Coordinate with vendors to procure high-resolution imagery and location intelligence solutions.
2. Geospatial Analysis
1. Identify high-potential geographies for affordable home-loan expansion based on demographic, income, and construction trends.
2. Detect new housing clusters and under-construction sites using satellite imagery and third-party APIs.
3. Conduct catchment area analysis to optimize branch, DSA, and field force planning.
3. Business Insights & Reporting
1. Correlate branch performance with customer density, competitor presence, and socio-economic indicators.
2. Develop dashboards and visual reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or QGIS for management reviews.
3. Support risk assessment by mapping environmental and land-use factors that impact loan portfolio quality.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
1. Collaborate with Sales, Credit, and Risk teams to deliver data-driven geospatial insights for decision-making.
2. Assist field executives with location-based leads and route optimization to enhance productivity.
