Career Opportunity: Operating Engineer Trainee (OET)
As an Operating Engineer Trainee, you will work on the shop floor in areas such as machining, assembly lines, and other production operations.
Eligibility: Boys & girls fresh diploma in mechanical, automobile, or electrical.
Age: Max age 21 years.
Compensation and Benefits Briefing:
A. Salary Details:
1. You will be paid CTC of Rs. 2,24,347 per annum. Monthly Gross salary will be Rs. 18,695, and cash in hand will be Rs. 16,420 (full month working).
2. Annual CTC includes a retention bonus of Rs. 10,000, which will be paid on completion of one year.
3. Benefits + Facilities Provided:
1. Free Hostel Accommodation provided for the first year – Secure Hostel with all facilities & warden.
2. From the 2nd year, female OEs can continue to stay in the hostel (for Rs 1000/ Month); Male OEs are to arrange their own accommodation.
3. Group Medical Insurance for self, spouse & 2 kids + Personal Accident coverage for self
4. Food available @ subsidized rate during the shift hours (Rs. 500 Monthly deduction)
5. Transport & Canteen facilities available @ subsidized rate (Rs. 250 monthly deduction)
6. Shopfloor Working: Standing job - 08 hours shift & 06 days working with 02 refreshment breaks.
7. Saturday will be a week off.
