As a Junior Operations Manager at KERA BOND, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our operations. Your proficiency in MS-PowerPoint, MS-Office, MS-Excel, MS-Word, and English (both spoken and written) will be key in managing various tasks efficiently.Key responsibilities:
1. Assist in developing and implementing operational strategies to improve efficiency.
2. Coordinate with different departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
3. Prepare and analyze reports using MS-Excel and MS-PowerPoint to track key performance indicators.
4. Manage day-to-day administrative tasks to support the operations team.
5. Assist in organizing meetings, events, and other operational activities.
6. Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure timely supply of materials.
7. Provide support in documentation and record-keeping to ensure compliance with company policies.
