About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Ensure a proper checklist for documentation at the application and visa stages and follow up on any pending requirements
2. Create profiles in the system to initiate and maintain student records
3. File applications on various portals as per institutional and visa requirements
4. Create portals wherever required to support application processing
5. Check emails and portals daily for any pending actions and coordinate for completion while following up on communications with students, master agents, and colleges or universities
6. Prepare and organize visa documentation using proper checklists to ensure accuracy
7. Check and submit documents timely as per the defined requirements
8. Provide information about the organization’s services to students and partners effectively
9. Build brand awareness actively among clients through communication and engagement
10. Provide and ensure high-quality customer service to enhance client satisfaction
11. Receive and resolve client feedback and complaints in alignment with company policies
12. Inform management about any client complaints or concerns promptly
13. Adhere to all safety procedures and keep management informed about any unsafe situations
14. Attend meetings and training sessions as required to stay updated on processes and policies
