Key responsibilities:A. Policy Issuance
1. Process and issue insurance policies accurately and within defined timelines.
2. Verify customer details and ensure compliance with company and regulatory guidelines.
3. Coordinate with internal teams for policy updates, renewals, and corrections.
B. Preparing Quotations
1. Prepare and customise insurance quotations based on client requirements.
2. Ensure pricing accuracy as per company guidelines.
3. Share quotations with clients and resolve related queries.
C. Client and Customer Handling
1. Interact with clients to understand their insurance needs.
2. Handle customer inquiries and provide clear product information.
3. Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high satisfaction levels.
D. Documentation Management
1. Maintain accurate records of policy documents, proposals, and related files.
2. Ensure timely submission and secure storage of documents.
3. Assist in audits and compliance checks by providing required documentation.
