Key Responsibilites:1. Oversee and manage daily operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
2. Calls handling to convert them for inbound and outbound related to homecare services.
3. Monitor and manage staff schedules, taking Interviews, and resource allocation
4. Handle patient inquiries, escalations, and ensure customer satisfaction.
5. Maintain and update patient records, billing, and operational documentation.
6. Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers for operational needs.
7. Ability to travel and visit hospitals and patients’ homes when required.
