We’re growing fast and looking for a dynamic, people-driven professional who can play a key role across HR, operations, and customer success, helping us build strong teams, efficient processes, and happy customers. This is a multi-functional role perfect for someone who loves variety, thrives in a startup environment, and enjoys working closely with both internal teams and customers. You’ll wear multiple hats supporting HR functions, managing day-to-day operations, and ensuring our customers get the best possible experience using Juntrax. Since this is a small team of fewer than 20 employees, your week will be spent handling multiple functions.Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in admin activities like paying vendor bills, managing team celebrations, and managing company assets.
2. Assist in recruiting activities like posting job descriptions and sourcing resumes - we anticipate only 2-3 hires in the next 6 months.
3. Work with the sales team to connect with customers periodically to touch base on their experience with Juntrax. Work with the marketing team to send emailers and with the product team to send new features communication to customers.
4. Help the product team onboard customers on the Juntrax platform.
