About the Job
As an operations & inventory executive at Synerge Paper Industries LLP, you will be the backbone of the factory’s daily operations, ensuring smooth coordination between production, inventory, sales, and dispatch teams. This role requires someone who is organized, proactive, and detail-oriented- someone who ensures that the production pipeline moves seamlessly, orders are fulfilled accurately, and all records are up to date.Key Responsibilities:
A. Inventory & production coordination:
1. Track and update stock levels for raw materials and finished goods.
2. Coordinate with the production team to ensure timely order movement through each stage.
3. Maintain physical and digital stock registers and reconcile data regularly.
4. Report shortages, excess, or delays to management.
B. Documentation & record-keeping:
1. Maintain production, sales, dispatch, and purchase records.
2. Generate and manage delivery challans, invoices, and courier labels.
3. Ensure accurate filing of GST invoices, bills, and stock movement reports.
C. Order & dispatch coordination:
1. Work closely with the dispatch team for packaging and order readiness.
2. Schedule and confirm transport/courier arrangements.
3. Track dispatches and update relevant stakeholders.
D. Data entry & administrative support:
1. Update product, inventory, and order data in Excel or Tally.
2. Maintain customer/vendor master lists and log new orders.
3. Prepare daily MIS and operational reports for management.
E. Vendor & client coordination:
1. Follow up with transporters, vendors, and clients for dispatch or documentation updates.
2. Communicate effectively with internal teams for smooth operations.
