Key responsibilities:1. Manage incoming calls and ensure all inquiries are handled promptly and professionally.
2. Conduct follow-ups on missed calls to maintain seamless communication flow.
3. Provide essential support by answering client calls when primary team members are engaged.
4. Send crucial follow-up messages via WhatsApp and email to guide clients through their journey.
5. Maintain meticulous and organized records of all client interactions.
6. Ensure all data within our client management system (CRM) is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
