About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Assist in day-to-day operations by maintaining and updating databases in MS-Excel and speaking to clients for deliveries in coordination with the on-ground team.
2. Booking Shipments for Clients using our in-house software
3. Sending out communication regularly to vendors
4. Conduct research and analysis to identify areas for process improvement and efficiency
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and enhance productivity
6. Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all operational activities
7. Provide administrative support by managing emails, phone calls, and other correspondence
