About the Job
Base Location: GwaliorDepartment: Marketing
Working Mode: Onsite
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
Reporting To: Marketing Manager
Key responsibilities:
A. Campaign Execution & Growth
1. Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across digital platforms (Meta, Google, YouTube, etc.)
2. Collaborate with design and content teams to develop creatives, copy, and campaign storytelling
3. Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve ROI
B. Social Media & Community Engagement
1. Manage daily engagement and growth across Amrutam’s social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
2. Conceptualize and execute campaigns aligned with cultural moments, trends, and brand storytelling
3. Engage and grow the community through polls, quizzes, contests, and interactive content formats
C. Influencer Marketing & Partnerships
1. Identify, onboard, and manage influencer/creator collaborations
2. Track performance of paid and barter campaigns, ensuring ROI and long-term relationship building
3. Support PR activities, partnerships, and cross-brand collaborations
D. CRM & Retention Marketing
1. Support the execution of WhatsApp, email, and SMS campaigns to increase engagement and repeat purchases
2. Coordinate with product/CRM teams on loyalty, referral, and festive campaigns
3. Track retention metrics, repeat order rate, and engagement across customer cohorts
E. Analytics & Reporting
1. Monitor key marketing KPIs (engagement, traffic, conversions, ROAS, retention, etc.)
2. Use tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and CRM dashboards to measure campaign impact
3. Share weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable recommendations
