About the Job
We're not looking for someone to just sit at a desk, nor someone who is only on the road. We need a dynamic storyteller and a meticulous planner who can manage our communications end-to-end.This is a true hybrid role that balances strategy with adventure. You'll be building our community from the ground up—that means planning content calendars and engaging our audience from our Bhopal office, shooting compelling reels right here in the city, and heading out on epic road trips to explore offbeat India.
Key Responsibilities:
A. Be the Face of Hoppity
1. Shoot and star in engaging video content such as reels and vlogs.
2. Host the Hoppity travel podcast and bring stories of offbeat India to life.
3. Serve as the primary on-camera personality for the brand.
B. Own End-to-End Communications
1. Develop and manage the complete social media content calendar and strategy.
2. Handle all brand communications, including social media copy, comments, DMs, email newsletters, and partnership outreach.
3. Act as the primary point of contact for creator collaborations and brand partnerships.
C. Manage and Execute Projects
1. Travel extensively across India to manage and execute content campaigns and creator projects.
2. Coordinate logistics such as travel, accommodation, and shoot schedules.
3. Analyze content performance and report key metrics to refine strategy.
