About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Take accurate actual site measurements and record all details.
2. Prepare detailed measurement plans for design and execution reference.
3. Create all furniture layout plans.
4. Draft electrical and plumbing layouts and elevations as per design requirements.
5. Develop detailed 2D drawings.
6. Create 3D models in SketchUp and produce realistic renderings using V-Ray.
7. Coordinate with the Clients and vendors to ensure accuracy and consistency in drawings.
8. Maintain proper documentation and drawing files for each project.
Office timing 10.00 am to 7.00 p.m.
Minimum 1 year and above experience in residential & commercial projects.
