About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Preparation of mood boards and conceptual designs: Assist with design research, material selection, and visual storytelling
2. 3D modeling & rendering: Create 3D models and high-quality renders for client presentations and internal reviews
3. 2D drafting: Work on detailed 2D drawings, layouts, and technical documentation
4. On-site coordination (as required): Support execution by visiting sites, coordinating with vendors/contractors, and tracking progress
