As a Junior HR Executive at DigitalForge Solutions, you will have the opportunity to be a crucial part of our dynamic team and play a key role in shaping our company culture. 1. Assisting with recruitment activities, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.
2. Maintaining employee records and ensuring all documentation is up to date and accurate.
3. Assisting with onboarding and orientation processes for new hires.
4. Handling administrative tasks such as preparing reports, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings.
5. Assisting with employee relations, including conducting exit interviews and addressing employee concerns.
6. Assisting with payroll processing and benefits administration.
7. Collaborating with the HR team on special projects and initiatives to improve HR processes and practices.
