As a Junior HR Associate at ALPHAGRID TECHNOLOGIES, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR team with various tasks and projects. We are looking for a dynamic individual who is well-versed in MS Office, particularly MS Word and MS Excel. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the field of Human Resources within a fast-paced and innovative tech company.Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.
2. Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in our HRIS system.
3. Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees.
4. Assist with employee relations initiatives, such as organizing team-building activities and recognition programs.
5. Support HR team with benefits administration, including enrollment and communication with employees.
6. Conduct research and analysis on HR trends and best practices to help inform decision-making.
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on special projects and initiatives to support the overall HR strategy.
