Role Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior HR Manager to join our team. The role involves handling day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their HR career who wants to grow into a strategic HR professional.
Key responsibilities:
1. Manage end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
2. Maintain employee records, HR databases, and ensure compliance with company policies.
3. Assist in payroll processing, performance reviews, and policy implementation.
4. Support employee engagement initiatives and grievance handling.
5. Coordinate training & development programs for staff.
Salary Structure:
Monthly Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 (based on skills & experience)
