As a Junior Hotel Management Associate with a background in Culinary Arts at the company, you will have the opportunity to enhance your skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Your role will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure the smooth operation of our hotel management services.Key responsibilities:
1. Assist in overseeing day-to-day hotel operations, including guest check-ins and check-outs, room reservations, and managing guest inquiries and requests.
2. Work closely with the culinary team to develop and implement innovative menu offerings and dining experiences for guests.
3. Coordinate with housekeeping staff to maintain high cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the hotel.
4. Assist in organizing and executing events, conferences, and other special functions hosted at the hotel.
5. Participate in inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining proper stock levels for the hotel.
6. Provide excellent customer service and address any guest concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
7. Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in hotel management and culinary arts to continuously improve our services.
