About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Design and produce high-quality visual content for digital and print media, including social media campaigns, marketing collateral, web assets, and promotional materials
2. Develop and refine brand identity elements while ensuring consistent brand representation across all touchpoints
3. Lead smaller creative projects independently while collaborating on larger campaigns with cross-functional teams
4. Work closely with marketing, content, and product teams to translate concepts into compelling visual designs
5. Participate in creative brainstorming sessions and present design concepts with a clear rationale
6. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards
7. Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices to bring fresh ideas to the team
Note: The probation period will be three months with a salary of Rs. 10000-15000/month. Based on performance, you will receive a PPO offer.
