About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Prepare, review, and submit loan applications for commercial, residential, and asset finance deals
2. Skilled in analysing complex business financials, performing in-depth assessments to determine serviceability and risk, and comparing lender policies to recommend the best-fit lending solution
3. Accurately enter data into CRM systems (e.g., Finsure/Infynity, Salesforce, or similar) & track loan progress from submission through to settlement, ensuring all lender requirements are met
4. Liaise with solicitors, lenders, and clients to arrange valuations, loan offers, and settlement bookings
5. Review loan offers for accuracy and compliance before presenting to clients
6. Maintain confidentiality and uphold the professional image of ProBiz Finance at all times
