Key responsibilities:1. Supervise and monitor manpower deployed at multiple client sites across Pune.
2. Ensure smooth day-to-day operations in housekeeping and security services.
3. Conduct regular site audits to maintain quality and service standards.
4. Coordinate with clients to address site-level issues promptly.
5. Maintain staff attendance, shift schedules, and performance reports.
6. Assist in onboarding new staff and provide necessary on-site training.
7. Support operations team in manpower planning and deployment.
8. Ensure compliance with company SOPs and client requirements.
