About the Job
As a Junior Field Sales Associate at ALLMR Online's NearLaw, you will have the opportunity to showcase your sales skills and contribute to the growth of our dynamic team. Your proficiency in Sales, Sales Management, Effective Communication, Interpersonal skills, Digital Marketing Tools, and fluency in Marathi, English, and Hindi will be crucial in achieving success in this role.Key responsibilities:
1. Conducting field sales activities to generate leads and convert them into customers for our legal software products and law books.
2. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
3. Collaborating with the sales team to develop strategic sales plans and meet sales targets.
4. Utilizing digital marketing tools (Social Media outreach and Email/Messaging) to create and implement effective sales campaigns.
5. Representing ALLMR Online's NearLaw at various judicial seminars, events, and conferences to promote our services and products.
6. Providing regular daily, weekly, and monthly reports and updates on sales activities and performance to the management team. (in software/on call)
7. Contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment by actively participating in team meetings and brainstorming sessions.
