About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Content creation support: Assist in creating social media posts, basic graphics, and blog content. Help update website content.
2. Social media management: Schedule and publish posts across platforms. Monitor engagement (likes, comments, shares) and respond when needed.
3. Campaign support: Assist in setting up digital marketing campaigns (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, email campaigns). Help with targeting, testing, and optimizing simple campaigns.
4. Analytics & reporting: Track basic performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Insights, or email dashboards. Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.
5. SEO support: Conduct basic keyword research. Optimize on-page content (titles, meta descriptions, alt text).
6. Email marketing assistance: Help build email lists, segment audiences, and schedule newsletters. Perform A/B tests on subject lines or content.
7. Competitor & market: Research trends, competitors, hashtags, and industry insights.
8. Administrative & coordination tasks: Organize digital assets and files. Coordinate with designers, writers, or external vendors.
