Key Responsibilities:1. Mentor and guide students throughout their MBA preparation journey, ensuring consistent progress.
2. Promote and ensure effective utilization of CATKing’s learning portals, products, and mock tests.
3. Address and resolve student technical queries promptly, providing timely support.
4. Monitor student satisfaction levels and work to improve live class attendance.
5. Serve as a communication link between students and other internal teams.
6. Share actionable feedback and suggestions to enhance the overall student experience.
7. Facilitate smooth usage of CATKing platforms through regular communication, feedback calls, and mentorship sessions.
8. Collect student feedback, reviews, and performance updates upon course completion.
