About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Prepare investment teasers, proposals, pitch decks, and company presentations for client funding requirements.
2. Conduct detailed financial statement analysis and build ratio analysis sheets to assess company performance.
3. Support in structuring and presenting debt/equity solutions to clients and investors.
4. Prepare investment materials and reports tailored for investor outreach.
5. Interact with clients’ senior leadership (CEOs, CFOs, etc.) and represent the company in discussions.
6. Schedule and coordinate client calls/meetings, ensuring effective communication and follow-ups.
Requirements:
1. Strong command over MS Excel (including Advanced Excel) and PowerPoint.
2. Solid understanding of financial statements, ratio analysis, and investment concepts.
3. Excellent communication and presentation skills (written & verbal).
