During the 6-month probation period, you’ll master international B2B sales, earn incentives, and demonstrate your ability to sell GreenSignature Mindful WorkSpace Consultations and Certifications to decision-makers across global markets.
Top performers who meet targets and show ownership will receive a Permanent Offer to continue full-time with us post-probation.
Key responsibilities:
1. Identify and engage Founders, HR Heads, and Sustainability/CSR Leaders in international markets.
2. Present and promote Mindful WorkSpace Consultations and Certifications to global organizations.
3. Close high-ticket deals with clarity, integrity, and consistency.
4. Collaborate with the Founder and Leadership Team to build new markets and take full ownership of outcomes.
