Key Responsibilities:A. Ad Concept & Script Development
1. Ideate and write compelling ad scripts for digital campaigns, including video, social, performance, influencer, and brand films.
2. Collaborate with the creative team to translate marketing briefs into engaging, story-driven scripts.
3. Craft short-form copy for reels, UGC-style videos, and paid social ads that convert attention into action.
B. Brand Voice & Messaging
1. Maintain brand tone and personality consistently across all ad formats.
2. Adapt messaging for different audiences, platforms, and campaign goals.
3. Ensure every script aligns with brand values, creative strategy, and key messaging pillars.
C. Creative Collaboration
1. Work closely with designers, video editors, and marketing strategists to bring scripts to life.
2. Participate in brainstorming sessions for campaign concepts and storyboarding ideas.
3. Incorporate feedback from creative directors and clients to refine and finalize scripts.
D. Research & Insight
1. Understand target audience behavior, pain points, and motivations to craft relatable, insight-driven scripts.
2. Stay updated with pop culture, social media trends, and competitor ads for fresh, relevant copy ideas.
3. Conduct light research on product features, market trends, and campaign context to ensure accuracy.
E. Multi-Format Writing
1. Write sharp, concise copy for ad hooks, headlines, CTA lines, and taglines.
2. Assist with other brand copy needs, such as campaign captions, product descriptions, or website copy when required.
3. Experiment with humor, storytelling, and emotional appeal to match different campaign objectives.
