About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Accounting: Oversee all daily financial transactions, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll processing, and monthly/annual close procedures. Conduct accurate account reconciliations and maintain the General Ledger in compliance with GAAP/IFRS.
2. Finance: Prepare detailed financial statements, budgets, and long-term forecasts. Perform variance analysis and provide strategic reports to management, offering actionable insights to optimize profitability and cash flow.
3. Documentation: Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all finance activities. Ensure all financial records, contracts, and reports are meticulously organized and archived to support internal controls and successful audit preparednes
