This role involves sourcing, networking, and engaging with IT professionals in the United States, matching them to client requirements, and learning the essentials of IT staffing and recruitment.Key Responsibilities:
1. Learn and manage parts of the end-to-end U.S. recruitment process.
2. Communicate effectively with U.S.-based candidates through calls and emails.
3. Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, and AI-powered tools.
4. Build and maintain candidate pipelines for IT roles.
5. Collaborate with senior recruiters and account managers.
6. Continuously learn IT skills, U.S. hiring practices, and visa/tax terms.

Working Hours: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST (Mon–Fri)
Holiday Policy: Off on U.S. Federal Holidays and select Indian festival days
