We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Jewellery Merchandiser with strong research skills and hands-on experience in product development, sourcing, and market analysis. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of jewellery trends, materials, vendor coordination, and merchandising strategies. This role requires the ability to identify market opportunities, plan assortments, and execute product development aligned with our brand vision and financial goals.

Key responsibilities:

A. Trend Research & Market Analysis
1. Identify fashion and jewellery trends, target markets, and customer preferences using sales data, market research, and feedback.
2. Conduct in-depth research on product categories, seasonal trends, techniques, gemstones, metal finishes, materials, and craftsmanship processes.
3. Analyze competitor products, assortments, and pricing to ensure strong competitive positioning.

B. Merchandising & Assortment Planning
1. Establish merchandise categories and develop well-structured product assortments aligned with brand strategy and pricing architecture.
2. Approve seasonal assortments and product mixes based on trend insights and market demand.
3. Maintain updated product knowledge, including pricing, inventory levels, and service requirements.
4. Implement merchandising strategies while ensuring adherence to budget guidelines.
5. Work closely with senior management to ensure that product decisions support the company's vision and financial objectives.

C. Product Development & Coordination
1. Coordinate with designers, artisans, and vendors for sampling, revisions, approvals, and timely execution.
2. Manage vendor interactions for sourcing, costing, lead times, quality checks, and order follow-ups.
3. Prepare detailed spec sheets, line sheets, catalogues, and merchandising decks for product launches and presentations.
4. Maintain accurate trackers for product development, costing, samples, and vendor documentation.

D. Sourcing & Vendor Management
1. Identify and source appropriate materials required for product development.
2. Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to support smooth production and merchandising operations.
