Key Responsibilities:1. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for IT positions, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates

7. Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication and providing updates
8. Stay informed about industry trends and changes in the IT landscape to enhance recruitment strategies
9. Assist in developing and implementing recruitment marketing strategies to attract top talent
