Key responsibilities:1. Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for various IT roles using job portals, networking, and social platforms
2. Understand technical job requirements by closely coordinating with hiring managers and technical leads

4. Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer closure
